Due to lack of after sales support, also with the assumption that the existing partner was over pricing them, they decided to open the bid amongst other global LSPs.
This time, they prioritized to select a partner LSP who could contribute and partner to their business growth and help them maximize their return on investment towards Microsoft solutions. We worked within the account and identified some of their major pain points and challenges and tailored our solution that would directly address their challenges. Customer appreciated all the options that we have provided for Azure services and subsequently expressed their appreciation on our quick response to address their concerns and clarifications even though we had different time zones challenges
We are working with the customer on their additional Azure workloads such as BCDR and Application Modernization. They are exploring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources. Total Voice is also a best fit for the customer.
