Customer is a public company that has portfolio in Water and Electric utility, Toll Roads, Hospital Chains (19 known hospitals in the Philippines), Public Train Transport, and Global Business Tower that comprises 30+ companies. Not to mention the largest Telecommunication company, and Electric Power distribution company.
Customer were not very happy with the regular support provided by the partner which made them decided to open the bid to all the LSPs and focus not just on the cost but also the partner’s capability to help them before, during, and after the renewal process.
Microsoft Philippines introduced us as one of the global LSPs to participate in the bid and Softline Philippines was given a chance to present our offerings, and competencies to the Group CIO for Hospitals, their external IT Consultants, and to the AVP-IT for the customer who is in charge of the EA renewal for the entire group.
Softline showcased its competencies, and VAS offerings to the customer. Needless to say, the endorsements from our customers whom they called for background check in regards our after sales support convinced them to put their trust in Softline. One by one, we are engaging with the 30+ companies to help them in their technology journey which includes but not limited to cloud, security, data, and graphics.
