Softline is looking for a pre-sales with expertise in the Microsoft Cloud Productivity competency. This person will be comfortable in solutions around Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM and/or Intune/EMS. You will lead clients through technical and sales discussions to help them find the right solutions for their organization.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Own Office 365 attainment, growth professional services business for Office 365.
Create Proposals – Develop BOMs (Bill of Materials), Product Quotes, SOWs (Statements of Work), At-a-glance documents, business cases and RFP responses
Perform CIE(Customer Immersion Experience) and VDW (Value Discovery Workshop) to customer/ prospect.
Demonstrate products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
Incorporate Full MS stack around vertical industry and demo this collective software proficiently.
Ability to demonstrate and present business solutions to customers and prospects is essential.
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
Assists in development of go-to-market and sales strategies.
Demonstrated experience & knowledge with Microsoft O365, Exchange, AD platform.
This includes, but not limited to: Google, Lotus Notes, Zimbra, Open Source, Exchange On Prem.
Demonstrated ability to build High-Level, Low-Level Solution & Architecture Design, is an advantage; Migration & Implementation Plan for Exchange/Office365 (from exchange, open source, lotus domino, google)
Demonstrably superb verbal communications skills, including a charismatic and engaging presentation style that inspires confidence.
At least 4 years of experience in Professional IT Services with consulting & Implementation experience in Infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange; Windows; Office 365 and Mobile Device Management
